Anne Heche: Actress + Entrepreneur, Tickle Time Sunblock

From The Big Screen to Sun Screen, New Mompreneur Anne Heche, Shares Her Favorite Things

ELAINE SAYS: There have been many reasons to find Anne Heche compelling over the years but for me, the intrigue centers around her recent debut on the entrepreneurial stage....the "mompreneurial" stage, to be more specific, that has me riveted. Now, finally on the small screen [in her new series, "SAVE ME" for NBC....Coming soon....Yay!] and mom to two boys, Anne [like so many of us] was inspired to develop a product based on her own, daily needs and with that, TICKLE TIME SUNBLOCK was born. It goes without saying that this clever little secret weapon also filled a void for many other moms in the process. The concept is so innovative and, I've noticed, has also been quickly adopted by many moms around the neighborhood we share. Tickle Time is a chemical free, mineral powder sunscreen with a self-loading brush applicator. It's water resistant and comes in a variety of shades to match your skin tone. You just brush it on and it sits on top of your skin...that's it....it protects all day! She'll never know how much I worship her for putting an end to the poolside whining. No more tiny drips into little eyes, no more messy applications to scrunched up, unhappy faces. And for grown ups, it can be used with your make-up, making a day at the beach much more, ehem... civilized. So, yes...while Anne Heche is still a phenomenal actress and a compelling personality, she is also a neighborhood mom [about the prettiest one you've ever seen] as well as a woman who wrote herself another chapter and brought it to life. See...still full of surprises! Which brings me to her A-List. What else does Anne Heche have up her sleeve, I wondered? What other great, adoptable ideas would she be willing to share? Take a look at her picks and take a walk in her lifestyle footprint....It's sure to give you a tickle. [pictured: Atlas, Husband, James Tupper, Anne & Homer].
