Elizabeth Banks: Actress + Producer + Blogger

"People Like Us" Star, Elizabeth Banks, Reveals Her Essentails For Living An LA-Inspired Lifestyle

ELAINE SAYS: It's safe to say that I'm a fan of Elizabeth Banks, and if you saw her wickedly cheerful and visually stunning performance in "The Hunger Games," you likely are too. But if being a white-hot actress and producer isn't enough, Elizabeth has also recently added mom and blogger to her resume [check her out at ElizabethBanks.com]. Point being...this is a busy lady. in fact, she travels so much and moves so fast that she rarely gets to just, well....chill. My guess is that all working people can relate....it's hard to find time to browse that boutique you used to love, rummage through that vintage shop where you always found the best conversation piece, or even just enjoy the view. Ironically, it was actually work, her last movie, "People Like Us," that shot in Los Angeles and unexpectedly anchored her in the very city she calls home. This fortuitous opportunity reminded her of how much she truly loves SoCal living. As you'll see in her A-List, this experience in time brought Elizabeth right back to the things she's always loved most about Los Angeles. She reconnected with with old memories, created some new ones and ultimately, was inspired to create a list of essentials to share with us, for living an LA-inspired life. Perfect for all curious readers, no matter where you call home.

A Note From Elizabeth:

"Although I live in Los Angeles, I almost never work here. So when I got to shoot my last film, "People Like Us," [in theaters now] in my own backyard, it was pretty exciting. Herewith, a list I made after being inspired by making an actual movie in actual Hollywood. Some tips for living life to the fullest in Los Angeles...or  living the LA life wherever you call home!"  Elizabeth Banks
