  1. Photographer, Ye Rin Mok photographerVISIT WEBSITE L.A based Photographer Ye Rin Mok is one of my favorite photographers and my inspiration.  I love how she often finds beauty from every day life. Her photos are never too decorated or photoshopped.
  2. Cafe Stella cafe stella VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: Cafe Stella 3932 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angelels [Silverlake] It became the go to place for me and my girlfriends' wino friday nights and nothing gets me more inspired than a fun night out with my girl friends.  A glass of Rose and cheese plate always work for us.

REDCAT redcat VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: Redcat at the Walt Disney Concert Hall 631 West Second Street, Los Angeles [Downtown] This is an amazing music and art performance center in Downtown LA...Some of the most interesting music and performance in LA happen here. I saw a Japanese Puppet show last time and it was mind blowing. There's no other place like it.

Blue Rooster Art Supplies blue roosterVISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: Blue Rooster Art Supplies 1718 Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles [Los Feliz]It's a tiny art store but they have a great selection of supplies. I love their beautiful indian water color paper which I don't often find at other art stores.  Also they make custom canvas and panels and offer screen printing classes.

Taylor DeCordoba Gallery taylor decordoba VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: Taylor DeCordoba Gallery 2660 South La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles [Culver City]This gallery represents my work,  so hopefully there's no conflict of interest (wink) but it's an amazing place that shows many of my favorite artists work, including Kyle field, Frohawk Two Feathers and Claire Oswalt.  The owners Heather Taylor and Alex De Cordoba have incredible taste and they know how to throw fun opening parties.
  6. Canon 7D Digital SLR Camera cannon 7d VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: 431 S. Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles [Mid City] It was a gift from my husband and It made my life so much more fun.  The quality of this camera is amazing and it's not too hard to learn how to use it.  Photography and film making became my new hobby/ job now.
  7.  Jewish Council Thrift Shops ncjw VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: National Council of Jewish Women Thrift Shop 455 North Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles [Mid City]I've found so many great pieces from these thrift shops including Chanel ankle boots, Manolo pumps and beautiful blouses from France.  They have a few shops in Los angeles  but I especially like the one on Fairfax.  Thrift shopping is hit and miss but these shops are worth checking once a while.
  8. Vista Theater vista theaterLOCATION: 4473 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles [Los Feliz] The Vista is an amazing golden age style movie theatre in Los Feliz.  It's been beautifully restored and is gorgeous.
  9. Rancho Palos Verdes Beach rancho palos verdes beach LOCATION: The Beach at Rancho Palos Verdes 1 Ocean Trails Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes  It's a hidden dog beach that many people don't know about.  I love collecting unique looking rocks and bits of the sea.  You can also find baby crabs and star fish.
  10. Rosebowl Swap Meet rosebowl VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: Rose Bowl Flea Market 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena  I like going here when I'm stuck on ideas for painting AND fashion.  It's a MASSIVE outdoor flea market full of vintage clothes and antiques.  Super fun and inspiring. The Second Sunday of every month.
