She has placed her elegant furniture line and bespoke creations in the homes of James Franco, Mark Wahlberg and in many beautiful homes in the neighborhood. And now, she shares her great taste with us.

This man with kind eyes has a true understanding, respect and appreciation for beautiful, high end, European made shoes. I've been going to Sam for years and he has yet to decline a request or time deadline, with a gracious smile none the less.
Real Food Daily VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: 414 North La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles [Mid City] I try to make most of my meals vegan or vegetarian and Real Food Daily is definitely on my weekly cycle of eateries. For me personally, I have found that this diet keeps my energy high, anxiety low, BMI low, and skin clear. My favorite dishes at RFD are the bbq tofu chopped salad, club sandwhich, and pizza ya can eat-za. When I’m in the mood for something hearty, the tacos definitely fit the bill. Know that there can sometimes be a wait for a table, but there are usually a few seats open at the juice bar.

I mix in my own cardio routine every other day, and am addicted to Leslie Karpman’s Friday and Sunday morning classes - they burst with energy and passion, and is just an amazing way to start off the day.

They hand select only the best of the best to be in their boutique, which makes the shopping process painless. Whenever I’m last minute shopping for an event, I typically leave with everything I need and don’t have to go anywhere else to fill in the gaps. A little unknown and unadvertised secret is that Elaine offers styling services. She’s a master at zoning in on what works for me and my body, and has styled me for numerous events and photo shoots, so don’t be shy to ask for advice when you visit. This really is one of my favorite boutiques in Los Angeles.
Babycakes NYC VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: 130 West 6th Street, Los Angeles [Downtown] When I’m craving something sweet but not the sugar high and crash that comes with it, Babycakes NYC categorically fits the bill. I’m obsessed with their sugar free, dairy free, gluten free delicacies (sweetened with Agave). A great excuse to head Downtown, I pick up a batch on the way to dinner at Rivera or after a Sunday brunch at Bottega Louis. My all-time favorite there is the chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting.

Originally only open to the trade, Rolling Greens is now also a hotspot amongst horticulture fans. Their second location on Beverly Boulevard is reminiscent of a romantic, European shop. Part nursery, part antiquities this is a must go destination for garden enthusiasts. I use them regularly for floral displays at my Melrose Avenue showroom.
Realm VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: 425 Gin Ling Way, Los Angeles [Chinatown] After a Sunday lunch at Via Café with my husband, I stumbled upon Realm. I am constantly on the hunt for new and unique accessories for my projects, and found this little gem of a showroom right in the heart of Central Plaza off Broadway. They offer a nice selection of low to high end priced accessories and Chinese antiques that can be appropriate for many different design styles.
Hatfield's VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: 6703 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles [Mid City] Hatfield’s restaurant is another business that’s bringing up the Melrose Avenue cache and another reason for me not to have to drive more than a 2 mile radius from our showroom for anything. Elegantly designed, exceptional service, and exquisite gourmet food, makes this eatery right up my alley. Definitely for foodies and not trendoids, my husband is addicted to the bowls of shallot-garlic-rosemary popcorn served at the bar, and I’m all about the branzino entrée (that gets texture and crunch from dried apricots, almonds and capers).
