ELAINE SAYS: If you have a global aesthetic...if your summer style has a gypsy-chic vibe....if "ethnic" and "vintage" make you weak in the knees....well, then you either own or are coveting a SIMONE CAMILLE bag by celebrity stylist turned handbag designer, Simone Harouche. She's worked with clients like Miley Cyrus, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez and her vision has helped to develop the enviable, bohemian style that has come to define Nicole Richie's inspiring and poetic look. In fact, it was Nicole herself, who witnessed Simone's passion for collecting beautiful, vintage textiles, evolve into a line of handbags with an earthy-glam point of view and a depth that can only be achieved with the patina of vintage elements. Nicole, was soon spotted wearing the bag and well....that, my friends, was that. For me, I like the colorful, Soriana with its sunny effect and sophisticated palette. Just One Eye SHOP | LOCATION: Just One Eye 7000 Romaine, Los AngelesOne of my favorite clothing stores in la. They stock amazing designers and their buys are unique and unlike any other store in la (that might carry the same brands). They also carry designer archive pieces as well as one of a kind finds. In addition to the boutique, Just one eye is also an arts and clothing showroom.
The Way We Wore Vintage SHOP THE WAY WE WORE ON 1ST DIBS | VISIT WEBSITE | LOCATION: The Way We Wore Vintage 334 South La Brea Avenue, Los AngelesThe way we wore is located doors down from Simone Camille office, so I often find myself wandering down to Doris Raymond’s Vintage boutique to find design inspiration. Her shop is divided in sections (in order to help you not get too overwhelmed). The upstairs part of the boutique is high end vintage designers, and she has many archival and reference pieces that designers can look at for inspiration. The Way We Wore is definitely worth checking out.
Pressed Juicery SHOP | LOCATION: Pressed Juicery 8714 Santa Monica Boulevard, West HollywoodPressed juciery makes amazing raw pressed jucies, not to mention smoothies. And did I mention, they deliver?!! I live by their alkalizer juice and their greens 3. Yummy and healthy!

Axe Venice DISCOVER | LOCATION: Axe Restaurant 10009 Abbot Kinney Boulevard, VeniceAxe Restaurant is an organic restaurant with farm fresh vegetables and some of the tastiest healthy cuisine in los angeles. I am addicted to their fresh ginger tea and the arugula radicchio parmesan salad (a must)! Their rice bowls are incredible, and if you still have room to spare, I highly recommend everything on their desert menu.
Francesca "Frankie" Paige Skincare DISCOVER | CONTACT: Asst@francescapaige.com or 310.860.0898Frankie is amazing! She can fix any skin issue… Prior to finding Frankie, I would always leave facials with my face looking like a red bumpy berry. But, with Frankie, everything has changed! I love that I can go to her and leave an hour later and my skin looks better than when I came in. you see her once a week, one hour and half facial every month, and then 30 min follow ups once a week to keep your skin in check.
Rolling Greens DISCOVER | LOCATION: Rolling Greens 9528 Jefferson Boulevard, Culver City If I weren’t a fashion stylist and designer, I would probably want to be a landscaper or be a florist. There is something about horticulture that I find very soothing. We have orchids in the house at all time, and Rolling greens makes amazing arrangements. They also have great vessels, pots and garden elements. Their nursery is also one of the best in the city.
Walter's 2 Go DISCOVER | LOCATION: Walter's 2 Go 9601 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly HillsWalter’s 2 go is located in an office building in Beverly Hills. I go there at least once a week, especially on styling days ( because its so near to barney’s ny aka my home away from home). This is one of my favorite restaurants for comfort food and soups. I am addicted to their turkey vegetable soup, its cozy and yummy.
Studio City Farmers Market DISCOVER | LOCATION: Studio City Farmer's Market Ventura Place, Studio CityMore than just a farmer’s market, The studio city farmer’s market has a petting zoo and other kid friendly amusements. In addition to all the activities one could do there, the fruits and vegetables are amazing and the prepared foods are some of the tastiest. I personally love the tamales as well as the middle eastern food stand
