I'm all about a product that gives me easy, breezy summer hair...I can air dry and still get even, loose waves.

You can put a little on your hair after a dip in the pool or ocean and have smooth, untangled tresses for air drying.  I use it regularly as a rinse out as well, to combat the dreaded "fuzz".

Color Protector SHOP ONLINE | BUY LOCALLY: Larchmont Beauty Supply 208 North Larchmont Boulevard, Los Angeles [Larchmont] Hair sunscreens are generally an oily, disappointing mess but we all dream of a good one that will protect our $$ highlights. (Or maybe that's just me).  Last week, I decided to try again so I could swim with my kids without fear of sun and chlorine damage.  While I'll still use it sparingly, Rene Furterer Protective Summer Fluid didn't turn my head into an oil slick and so far, my color is looking good!

I Screen, You Screen, We All Screen For Sunscreen SHOP ONLINE | SHOP LOCALLY: Larchmont Beauty208 North Larchmont Boulevard, Los Angeles [Larchmont] I'm loving this new sunscreen, Physical Fusion UV Defense, SPF 50 by Skinceuticals.  A few reasons....it's very light and absorbs quickly to a matte finish.  It includes physical sun blockers like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide (which Hillary at PaleGirlSPEAKS would say are crucial) but mostly, because it's tinted! Now, we can have a tiny bit of color on our otherwise make-up free faces, while still blocking out the real stuff.

Bag It SHOP LOCALLY:Pickett Fences 214 North Larchmont Boulevard, Los Angeles [Larchmont Village] I picked up this oilcloth pouch last year (along with a tablecloth for art projects and play dough fests), at Pickett Fences on Larchmont Blvd.  It became such a lifesaver that I went back this year to get more but they were out!  Just when I thought I'd have a summer filled with worn-out Ziplocs, I got the call....They're back!  Get two while you can...one for your products and the other for all the wet bathing suits you have to lug home.
