Tracy Anderson Workout DVD's VISIT WEBSITEI love her techniques. Her method is to tone without being muscular, keeping body lean. The post-pregnancy workouts are all about the core section.
Deepak Chopra MD Guided Meditation VISIT WEBSITEChakra balancing: Body, Mind and Soul box set. These are great for meditation. I do it when I travel, either alone in the hotel or in airports, to keep myself sane from all the running around and crammed schedules. It is a great, guided meditation.
Urban Ears Headphones VISIT WEBSITEThese earphones work great for exercising - they stay put because they attach to outer part of ear. They have great sound and a fun selection of colors.

Basin Harbor Club: Lake Champlain. Vermont VISIT WEBSITEThe Basin Harbor Club is a beautiful resort located on Lake Champlain. The landscape is amazing, with the Adirondack mountains across the lake. It reminds me of Lake Como in Italy! It's a great place to bring the kids for the afternoon.
Vermont Cheese Trail: Champlain Valley, Vermont VISIT WEBSITEThis is very neat as you can tour all the farms that product cheese, most located in the Champlain Valley. Wonderful for cheese lovers.
Tom's Treasures: Pittsford, Vermont LOCATION: 3295 U.S. 7 Pittsford, VermontThis is the best antique store around. It includes two houses and a church to display all the stuff and the items range from small pieces to large furniture, including paintings. etc. Every time I go I find something.
Starry Night Cafe: Ferrisburg, Vermont VISIT WEBSITEMy favorite place to dine. It's a small and unique place. The food is tasty...local and wholesome.
Shelburne Farms: Shelburne, Vermont VISIT WEBSITEThe establishment and property are both gorgeous...A great location and a wonderful tour to take with children.
