6 Questions with Inslee Haynes:

I read that you went to school in my home town of Chicago...Is that where you're from? I am originally from Leesburg, Virginia - right out side Washington D.C. but my mother was born in Evanston and my grandparents grew up in Winnetka, small world!
What would you be doing if you hadn't become a fashion illustrator? I think it would be so cool to teach yoga. I love practicing it and have had some really amazing instructors motivate me in so many different aspects of my life. I always dream of being able to do what they do - inspire people to be stronger and healthier. [Illustration: Stella and Dot Party for Stella and Dot]
What's a special song from the soundtrack of your life? Great question! I'd have to say "My Girl" sung by Smoky Robinson. I'm my mom's only daughter so it's a cute song for us. We used to clear off our coffee table and dance to this song on her old record player. A happy memory for me!

Do you have any special projects we can look forward to? I do have a dream project in mind, but it's a secret! It involves cooking and watercolors... that's all I'll say for now :)

I create watercolor illustrations on an 8x10" scale on paper from customers' photographs and creative input.
