Calorie Counters beware, the blend’s secret is the added Sirloin Fat….in generous proportions….which gives it it’s unique flavor. But relax and have a little fun…..bikini season is nearly over and it’s not often that your hamburger meat inspires party talk.  This special recipe will undoubtedly be featured in her new Burger Boutique, Short Order. According to local blog, Eater LA, the shop is expected to open opposite the farmers market this fall, with a full liquor license and my favorite mixologist, Julien Cox, heading up the cocktails!
